“I can't fault the craftsmanship. It's a well made shoe and is incredibly good value. I'm a bit disappointed with how narrow and pointy they are though. I didn't want a classic "Clarks" desert boot but neither did I want a winkle picker. I'd say these veer more towards the latter than the former.”

“Bought the Chestnut Brown desert boots in size 7. Fit my size 8 women's feet perfectly. Lovely leather - not shiny, sort of distressed and matte. A little tight over my instep on first wearing but I wore them around the house with the laces loose and they were perfect second time out. Pretty enough to wear with tights and dress and sturdy looking for jeans. A FABULOUS price. Fabulous buy.”

“The boots were too narrow and when I tried initially to return them there was no returns label. Even though the form stated to use the one included.When I phoned and asked for one to be posted I was told to use a library or friend computer to print one, as my internet was not working. I found this to be unhelpful as my request was declined.”

“Order delivered quickly - no complaints. The desert boots, however, had a label sewn in ( badly) just where my heel sits. A couple of minutes with a sharp pair of scissors removed the offending article and stitching. Whoever thought this was a good idea never had to wear them ! Otherwise product fine - just what I wanted.”

“I love these shoes! They are very well made and I have basically worn them every day since I received them. They are a little big (I am an american size 4 or 5 and I bought a UK 3) but with thicker socks they fit just fine. I also asked for a tracking code for the shoes and they sent me one right away. Great purchase and great customer service!”
