“Having received my lovely boots last month, they are still receiving compliments. So much so, that I ordered a pair for my daughter. As her birthday is not until June 15 , I find it reassuring that she will still able to exchange them for a different size or colour, thanks to the company's liberal and fair policy on returns. Please thank your staff for their courtesy.”
