“My first pair of boots took almost two weeks to arrive. I had to return them the next day as the insole was coming away from inside the boot. My order was placed and paid for on the 15th April and I still don't have my replacement boots! All I get are requests to write reviews! well, here you are!”

Hi Jeremy, The review emails are automatically sent after a set period of time once the order has been dispatched. We are very sorry that your fist pair of boots arrived with a fault and that the delivery took a while but please note that the week you ordered it was the Easter bank holiday weekend which is why it took a while. Regarding your replacement boots they were dispatched the other day so should arrive any day now.

“Sizing all over the place. ordered two pairs from different makers. Both way too small and sent back. Cost me a fiver to find out. Buy shoes in a shoe shop.”

Hi Andrew, We are very sorry to hear about the problem you experienced with the sizing in both your boots. I’m sure our returns department will process your request quickly for you. In relation to the £5 cost, this is to use our customer returns label, this is a service we offer to all our customers as it can be cheaper than paying directly at the post office or using other delivery services.
