“Rieker anti stress boots 37612_26 size 12 extra wide brown. I sent off an email searching for size 12 extra wide fit desert boots. James emailed me back quite soon offering the above mentioned boots. I was well pleased so I ordered them. I ordered size 46 as per your sizing guide, wrong!! When the boots arrived it stated quite clearly on the box that they were indeed eur46 but uk11??? Consequently they were too small. Such a shame, they were really nice boots.”

“They took longer to be dispatched than promised,and its frustrating that i was not given tracking details,so i am still blindly waiting for them,unfortunately this is the longest i have waited for a any internationally delivery i have ever bought i am a very unhappy customer.”

“Excellent advice from customer service, as I needed an extra wide fitting, they guided me through their link. Ordered the desert boots, they acknowledged the purchase. From there .....they were brilliant....postage and delivery advised. All as advised. Shoes arrived......really pleased, will order further pair, in the next few weeks. Thank you”

“I bought the boots for my daughter. She likes them. They appear to be a good make. The problem I had was with the delivery of my purchase. I paid an additional £7 to receive them within one/two working days. I received them in three working days. I had to make a telephone call to the company expressing my concern. I had to ask for the £7 refund as the boots did not arrive in the stated one/two working days. They did not automatically say they would re-imburse. A little shabby in the delivery section, I feel.”

“These boots are very comfortable and just the colour I was looking for. I am usually a size 6 but as these are unisex I ordered a size 5. These fit well. Happy with purchase and with prompt delivery.”
