“Following a mistake made by the royal mail regarding the postage of my items ordered from this site the customer service team at Desert Boots were very helpful and quick to respond to and rectify the problem. I have ordered from the website before and have always recieved good customer service, fast delivery and great products. I will definitely be shopping here again.”

“These boots are fantastic. So comfortable and they look like desert boots should look! I only bought them a short time ago and already they have been with me on safari in Botswana and now walking the gorges of Crete! They keep their shape and appearance very well.”

“I have ordered and received DESERT boots. They are good quality ,unfortunately they are too small after taking advice from one of your customer advisers to have a size smaller because of them being a unisex item.I am now waiting for my replacement .Customer service is good..”

“Initially I was very pleased with the purchase but after about 3 months the soles wore down to reveal holes approx 1cm in dia every 1cm across the sole and heel in rows to cover thee whole sole. I now have had the boots 6 mnths and they are only good as slippers around the haous. The boots used to be of good manufacture adn I could get 18 mnths wear out of them. They are now a waste of money”

“I have purchase apair of desert boots for myself, my 18 year old son stared to wear them to work. He has now gone off to university and has taken my desert boots with him, it makes me please to see my son wearing something of mine, i would like a pair of pony skin desert boots to replace the one my son took with him. Can you help Elina”

“The boots were fine good quality. Only thing is didn't try on at time just put them away and now I find when I eventually try them there too big. My point being there generous in size so think about what size you order. Otherwise very good value and we'll made.”
