“I have worn lots od Desert boots over the years as both a civilian and a member of the forces, for the money these are excellent. Well made - come to a true size (sometimes they can be larger than listed) fitting very well. I will without doubt be buying my future boots from the same company again”

“You will not find a better pair of desert boots for the money. The style is perfectly retro as desert boots should (and used to) be. Very comfortable, and real leather / suede. You will spend a long time trying to find something better for the price (as i did) and fail. Save your valuable time. Buy”

“These desert boots had a major problem, which was that the pink suede insides rubbed off onto my socks and it took 2 washes to get them back to the right colour. I returned them and was pleased with the speed with which the refund was made. I suggest you make a note of this problem on the website.”

“I use these boots virtually every day, and have been for at least 30 years, not necessarily from here, but now I have found them I will stay a customer. They are very prompt with delivery, and on the only 2 occasions I have had to return goods, it is very easy. Their products fit well, last long, are easy to clean. I would recommend them highly.”

“I normally take a size 8 but ordered a size 9 to ensure a comfortable fit. The size 9s arrived and the are a snug fit so you need to watch the sizes. The soles of the boots seem to be made of plastic or a very hard rubber. They are NOT the usual softer rubber ones normally associated with a good quality boot which absorb the impact of heel strike. At £30 I suppose you get what you pay for, but I'll certainly look for better quality over cost in he future.”

“Second pair of these boots bought. One pair in brown and one pair in black. Well made, good value for money. Rapid delivery. It is a real pleasure to be able to find stylish shoes with a wide fitting that go to a size 12. It is really difficult to find suitable footwear for a teenager. Pity more shoe retailers did not recognise there is a market here. Particularly as we are all getting taller and bigger all around! Would highly recommend both product and web trader”

“Whilst the delivery service was very good, the shoes are actually much bigger than an average size 5. I've had to return them as they are far too big to wear, even with an insole and thick socks.”
