“My first order never came because it was out of stock and I was never notified about this. I only found out when I rang up six days later. I have now re ordered but I feel the order process appears to be going really slow for delivery, hopefully my views can be switched around with this delivery.”

“Boots arrived quick enough and fit well, but left boot squeaks noisily. Am hoping this disappears once boots have been worn for a couple of weeks.”

“I made an order on Sunday 3rd nov , when I tracked the order a couple of day later it said awaiting stock , I did think that I should have been told this before I paid. I phoned up on thurs 7th nov at approximately 17.00hrs and I was offered an alternative & I received the boots fri morning at 8am .”

“The service Desert Boots gave was very good. The first boots were too small and when I sent an email at the weekend I received a reply later the same day. I was advised to try a different model, so retutned the boots, requesting the others. They arrived promptly and as advised, were a correct fit. I had also phoned and found staff very helpful. Many thanks to all the staff I spoke to/ emailed. Jenny Gillon”

“The shoes are lovely - they were right about ordering a size below what you normally are if you're female. Really comfy and I got mine with scotchguard too. I found a voucher for free delivery so it's worth looking for one online but it did mean they took 5 days to be delivered rather than the normal 2.”
