“Love the boots, however freight costs are an issue here in Australia. We currently have 1 pair that are the wrong size so are trying to sell them here to avoid freight back. Several friends have also purchased because of our lovely boots.”

Hi Sandra, Glad to hear you love the boots! We are sorry one of your pairs are the wrong size, we try to subsidise the carriage charges as much as possible but with tracked delivery to Australia it is expensive. Again we apologies for the inconvenience this causes.

“Look the same the ones I had back in the 80's from freeman hardy and willis but are not the same qualitity or strength,”

“The sizing isn't very good as I am a five and my shoes are big on my feet. That's another, they don't fit the foot properly and also the colouring is bad as the shoes have fad parts that are visible and not blended in.”

Hi Paige, We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. With suede being a natural material, to get the colouring it is dyed and when if it gets brushed the wrong way can make it look like there are faded parts. If you contact our returns department they will be more than happy to help you resolve the issue.

“Prompt delivery of order which was the wrong size. I followed the instructions for returns and exchange and am still waiting for order. No communication from company as yet as to what has happened.”

“I have wide feet so usually wear Size 6. Boots Size 5 were too big but replacement size 4 are fab. Great quality, style and service”

“When it comes to shoes there is only two places to shop. Italy, and UK. The Shoes I bought from Desert Boots Inc. are fantastic! Just like the ones I wore in collage at CAL.”

“The boots arrived promptly, well packaged and fit well. I thought the overall appearance was well reflected by the site, however the colour was slightly different. I know that this happens with photography when it goes online. I will use this site again.”

The photos on our website are shot in a professional studio, and we try to make the colour appear as accurate as possible when taking them, but sometimes the colour on each shoe individually can be slightly different especially if the boots are made for a natural material.
