“I had to return my boots as the order had reverted to the original size 12 that came up on the order, I returned them on 27th July and I am still waiting for the size I asked for, it's now 14th August Very disappointed as the boots for the price were great”

“Excellent website. Customer support were fantastic in assisting me with measuring the shoes in the warehouse to ensure I ordered the correct size. Living in Australia, I was surprised how quickly the shoes arrived (about a week). I will definitely order from the website again in the future.”

“Nice boot but order bigger than your normal size i had a size 9 but feels more like a size 8 i should have sent them back but didnt im sorry now”

“The Desert Boots I ordered were delivered fast, and securely packaged in the box. The "offer" price was excellent so I decided, there and then to order a pair for the coming winter months. Although I haven't worn them yet, I know they'll be as comfortable as the several pairs I've purchased in the past. I was so pleased with the quality in relation to the price I recommended them to my friend Geoff in Corfe Mullen. He ordered a pair too.”

“i have worn desert boots for a long time. ive had about 5 to six pair from you and i have been very pleased with my purchases. its a pity you didnt have the colour i wanted last time you must of sold out i wanted taupe but got honey but they were cheap so cant complain i will still deal with you very happy at what i get from you”

Hi Dinah, I am sorry to hear your boots didn’t fit, there is a range of standard and wide fit on our website. The returns label is a flat rate at £5 for sending an item back. This covers the postage for you sending the item to us and for us to dispatch a replacement. You can use your own courier if it works out better for you.
