“Slightly disappointed with these shoes as they were described as having extra soft leather uppers which is not the case. Nothing wrong with the quality, they look good and are well made but they are taking a long time to break in which shouldn't have been the case if they had been exactly as described.”

“Having always found Roamers my desert boot of choice, I was very pleased with the selection and the resonable prices offered. Delivery was as advertised. I'd advise some degree of caution regarding sizes. I bought 3 pairs of size 11 Roamers boots, and it was like Goldilocks at the shoe shop - too big, too small, just right! Also didn't receive the Scotchguard Suede protection I'd ordered, which was actually more annoying than it probably should have been. So in conclusion, I will use this company again when I receive my £2 refund or can of spray!”

Hi William, Thank you for leaving us a review. Looking at your order, you have purchased two different variations of Roamers Desert Boots. We have found the suede leather to be slightly more of a relaxed fit in comparison to the waxy leather. If you find the boots to be too big or small, you can send them back for an exchange. The Scotchguard is not a product that is supplied in the parcel as it applied directly to your boots before dispatching stage. This is a service professionally undertaken by our shoe specialists. “Very good quality and swiftly delivered. Size fitting is perfect. I'm normally 9 and a 1/2 but the 9 is very comfortable for me.”

“I originally ordered a pair of women's Harrykson Jada in beautiful red, size 7, which is my standard size. The boots were lovely but they were so small I felt like one of the ugly sisters trying on the glass slipper! I'm afraid the boots (despite being marked as a size 7, were nowhere near a standard UK 7. I could not get the boots on at all! I have re-ordered a pair of boots in a different size and I anticipate their arrival in the next couple of days. I was very disappointed with the sizing of the Harrykson boots and my confidence to order footwear online is rather dented. I will not be placing a further order, as it cost me £5 to return the boots despite the fault lying with the manufacturer. Your boots are lovely but if they don't fit, appearances count for nought.”

“Excellent service from ordering to receiving. Whilst it took longer than on previous orders due to this I was told the boots would be scotch guarded free of charge.... can't knock that! The boots themselves are good quality at a very reasonable price!”
