“Urban Pulse and Contemporary Issues & Resilience: These webinars were very poorly done. T From gramatical errors to the incorrect usage of words, that made it hard to understand the presenter. Also, the presenter at times seemed to be reading the topic question for the first time, considering it, and mulling over the answer, instead of presenting the subject. It's a shame, since the other weninars have been very informative.”

We sincerely apologize for your experience and appreciate your feedback regarding the courses. We strive to provide informative and engaging content, while being inclusive. English is not the presenter's primary language and can make it difficult to decipher occasionally.
