“Outstanding service, thank you. Website is very easy to use and very comprehensive choice. I ordered my bespoke house sign at about 10:00pm on Sunday evening. The next day at about midday I received an email to say it had been manufactured and was ready for despatch. Next day (Tuesday) it arrived by Royal Mail first class post. The sign is excellent - stylish, well-made and good value for money. Just what I wanted. Well done from a delighted customer!”

“I paid for a house sign that was spelled wrong i returned it but they said they never received it back utter rubbish as per the post master i dealt with. 4/5 months on I am still not in receipt of a sign. do not order from this company i am disgusted with them.”

“When the sign arrived there was a spelling error! When reported and a picture sent indicating the error, a new sign was quickly delivered which was correct and we are very pleased with the end result. 'Design A House Sign' quickly resolved the problem which is an indication of a good company.”

“The 3 matching signs, black on stainless steel, are very smart. Fixing on walls was straightforward but on fences we found it necessary to make a wooden backing to overcome the irregularity of the fence. Overall effect is very pleasing.”

“The sign in principle is nice, however not perfectly rectangular, therefore not fit to be on the front of my house. Secondly it came scrathes beyond repair. I emailed, expressing my concerns on the 20/05 when i recieved this package, and have had no correspondence since. Please can someone look into this as soon as possible. Thank you”

“The website was very easy to use and offered fine adjustments of spacing and font to get your sign just as you want it to appear. I am so pleased with the product that I am buying another one to match with the house name on it, which couldn’t fit into the one ordered without reducing the font size.”
