“Website easy to use. Good choice of products. We ordered a granite house sign which was not fantastic quality the finish on the edges was not of a good standard. We also ordered some bin signs which did not come with the house sign and I had to chase up.”

“I would like to write a review on my purchase, however in future it maybe an idea to make sure that the product has been delivered before sending a email requesting a review. I think over two weeks just to be dispatched isn’t great.”

“The first sign I ordered said Rose instead of Road!! Hard to believe that could happen. The next sign arrived with the address printed crooked! A third sign arrived, crooked again!! What can I say..disappointing!!”

“I went for a design on slate . The number and letters were fine for size but are pale grey and a bit dull. I’d prefer them to be white which would have stood out better on the slate background. Maybe there was an option for white lettering which I missed”

Hello, I am very sorry to hear you have received a sign of quality you were not expecting. We show all our sizes online with an option to review your purchase at checkout before ordering. The description of our this particular house sign explains how we use a commercial grade vinyl (Same as road signs) to create the lettering. Please be assured this will not just "Wear off" but will actually adhere stronger over time. Was there any reason you were unable to read the product description before purchase? Once again I am sorry you are not very happy with your item.

“Very clever design tool to get your sign as you want, although I did lose it twice as it froze but persistence paid off and we know have a really nice new sign which arrived well packed with fixings. Highly recommended”
