“The sign that arrived was poor quality, the etching was faded and had a bit of number scraped off. There was also some chips in the slate sign. Overall don’t buy waste of money, such a poor product!!”

I am sorry to hear this is the case. I have taken a look with our sales system and can only apologise as I believe this order did not come through correctly when it was placed and therefore we hadn't the original sale confirmation to process your order by. “The sign came without fitting instructions and the two plastic bolts were way bigger than the holes on the glass sign. Too expensive for what it is. I should have gone for something cheaper. On the positive side I received the sign 2 or 3 days after the order, which was good. However I would not recommend this website. Just an honest and objective opinion.”

Hello, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you did not receive the instructions with your sign. Please feel free to send us your details via email and we shall have these sent over to you. With regards to the hole sizing on the plaque, these hole are supposed to be 8mm in diameter to allow the Silver Stand off Bolts to pass through. This was not an error, but meant to be the way of installation as shown in the photos online. I hope this helps. Kind regards Design a House Sign

“I ordered a slate etched sign for a gift. The first 1st and 2nd were smudged and not acceptable. I did contact customer service who were excellent in resolving my problem. I actually received the 3rd one today and all is good.”
