“Very poor quality indeed. Unfortunately the signs arrived and the drill holes on the metal were really poorly finished and had not been smoothed down, extremely sharp points of metal were really dangerous and lethal to the touch, also they scratch any worksurface you put them down on. There was no warning to advise. We emailed to complain but have never had a response. So signs are sitting in the jiffy bag unused. Strangely they have emailed for feedback so perfect time to advise future buyers and hopefully may even get a response from them now!”

“The slate ws packed before the "lacquer" was dry leaving an imprint of bubblewrap on the sign. It's fitted and still looks good.”

“The website was very easy to use and to see the sign taking shape by adapting the fonts, shapes and materials is a great part of the process. I ordered a number with road name underneath engraved in white, on a square-shaped piece of granite. I’m delighted with the results! Product is really good quality and arrived well packaged before expected.”

“Miserable customer service from this company. Sign was very late arriving due to their delivery company alleging that they had tried twice to deliver but "no one of that name belongs in my block of flats". Finally I was asked to call the delivery company myself and the owner delivered. Then the plastic signs were mis-printed - two separate words had the first letter from the second at the end of the first. Slate sign was fine, but two screws delivered - one a slot, one a Philips. Couldn't even get a detail like this right. Should never have chosen this company - plenty of competition in this market.”

“Asked to write a review before I have even had a sniff of the sign I ordered? How do you think that works then, 'Design A House Sign'? Now that the sign has arrived, I can honestly say that it wasn't worth the wait. Very poor quality - looks like the main block was cut with a knife and fork and the 'artwork' isn't great either. Definitely NOT worth the money.”
