“Sign received with holes drilled out not in line ( very visible as a good few cm’s). I have contacted customer services 5 times and promised a replacement which has never arrived . Poor customer service and pot item , perhaps when you read this you will get around to sending out my new one ?”

“Purchased a 400x200mm slate sign for a small courtyard development for £115.96. Website was easy to operate and sign arrived (well packaged & with required fixings) a couple of weeks later. Substantial piece of very nice slate but poor quality lettering (looks like an opaque white self adhesive transfer applied to the surface of the slate). The sellers website should be clearer about the quality of the lettering you are purchasing to avoid disappointment. Perhaps when selecting lettering options it should show you actual photographs of examples rather than CGI's so that purchasers can make more informed decisions. I certainly would not have spent £116 on this sign had I understood what I was getting but may well have taken up the engraving option for an extra over £70.00 (ish).”

“I "designed" two almost identical signs for the gateposts as the end of my driveway. One had the name, the other was identical but with an arrow pointing up the drive. The design process was very easy but with immense flexibility (size, material, font, font size, position and so on). I chose charcoal granite engraved. The signs came about 1 week later and were well packaged. They came with screws and masonry plugs. They are now installed and look superb. Not only were they great quality but the price was much lower than other signmakers. From start to finish I am delighted with the result and the value for money. 10/10”
