The nature of our products (fragile, heavy and bulky) means it is not always viable to offer a free returns policy. We do wherever possible assist our customers in arranging a collection or by suggesting a reliable method such as with a preferred courier of choice for your location and the item(s) to be returned.
We have all been working very hard through the lockdown period whilst following the Government's guidelines on working from home where possible and social distancing measures in our warehouses to ensure the safety of our team members and customers.
We are very grateful for the support and understanding from our customers during these difficult times, it has very much helped all our team members acknowledge that their hard work is appreciated by our valued customers.
