“I have a home with period features but it had a contemporary chandelier that looked out of place in a main room. I replaced it with the Regency basket chandelier which the electricion described as a character light fitting and now everyone thinks is an antique original in what is really a modern build home that people think is an old home. It would work well with French style interiors or an old English country house look but could also work really well to create a bedroom setting. It works because of its quality.”
“I purchased 2 matching chandeliers. due to renovations taking much longer than expected it was an extended time before opening both lights...one of the round metal top for hanging crystals is perfectly shaped, the other is slightly more oval in shape - no damage appears and due to the time from purchase until examined and expected use, I did not feel I could request a return or refund, consequently the lights have not been used and remain as original in the boxes”

Delivery was essentially good however the correct bulbs ordered were not included in the original delivery by mistake. Customer service very polite and promised to sort asap some bulbs were delivered but still incorrect. I gave up and purchased some from a local store which I would recommend to do.”
