“I had an extremely frustrating experience with Designhill. They claim to offer a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your logo design, provided you meet the qualifications—which I did. However, when I requested a refund, I didn’t hear back for a week. Their listed phone numbers don’t allow you to speak to a real person, leaving email as the only option. Whenever I received a response, it was a repetitive attempt to keep me in the process rather than honoring my request. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted a refund, yet they continued to delay, offering unnecessary alternatives instead. This back-and-forth dragged on for weeks, and eventually, they just stopped responding altogether. After all the frustration, they finally claimed they had submitted my refund and assured me I would receive it within 5-7 days. It has now been far past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my money. This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a design platform. Other companies I’ve worked with prioritize their clients, responding within 24 hours and handling requests efficiently. I don’t understand how a simple refund request—one that aligns with their own policy—was met with such resistance and poor communication. I would not recommend Designhill to anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional experience.”

“I was very happy with the design process and ultimate outcome. As I did not start with specific ideas, it was very helpful to put out simply my thoughts and have a bunch of graphic designers take a stab at interpreting those ideas, and then work with them to hone the designs as I got clearer on what I wanted.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the tank top. I used the Printshop by Designhill to have a custom Tank top made for my Girlfriend as a "gift". The material is very thin and seems extremely cheap. I am afraid to put this tank top in the washing machine. Regular t-shirts and Tank tops have a hem around the outer edges of the shirt... around the neck line sleeves and around the waist, this tank top dos not... For the price I paid, I am very disappointed.”

“Just awesome, the funnel to get a custom logo is very easy. I got multiple designs from different logo designers within 5-6 days. I had the option to choose one of them. The support guys was also humble. Will be here back again for the next need! Again I must say, Designhill logo design services are the best in the world!”

“Designhill worked great for me. I was starting a company and needed a modern and professional logo. Even though it was my first time using Designhill, I found it very intuitive. Designers were plentiful, enthusiastic, and flexible. It wasn't easy choosing just one design. The result is a design I can be proud of.”

“It was extremely helpful to put the project out there to the Designhill community and simultaneously see what a range of designers could come up with. Once I could see that there were definitely enough good concepts and executions of those concepts being submitted, and knew that I would find a winner amongst them, I turned the contest to guaranteed payment. I really appreciate the flexibility to turn this option on if you want to. The website is well thought out and provides efficiency in viewing submitted designs and providing feedback.”

“The total experience was a pleasure. I didn't take very long for a couple of the designers to hone in on what I was looking for. then shortly after it became apparent only one stood out above all the rest. Highly recommend this site!”

“I used the contest functionality to find designers for my book cover and went big on the platinum package and was absolutely blown away by the quality designs I got back from 8 different designers. The hard thing was to decide which design to use!!! Highly recommended.”
