“Very easy to deal with”

“George went above and beyond to arrange a tailor made cruise holiday for us, he is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I would have given 5 stars for his service, but since booking the agent in the customer services department was abrupt, less than helpful and just kept reiterating statements.”

“Sohit was very helpful after we were let down by travel republic. We got the whole booking done in 15 mins over the phone. Was a bit extra on phone compared to online but after the travel republic incident happy to pay 20 quid extra to deal with someone. Very happy. Only reason a 4 star is due to experience we had in the pandemic.”

“This was the first time we have usedDestination 2 and was very impressed with the service we received from Nikita. Nikita was very friendly and helpful guiding us through the booking proceedure. Giving us step by step. We would'nt hestitate to use Nikia again when lookng to book a holiday. Mary Waugh”

“Shauna was an absolute star who took the time to speak with us, resolve our issues and put our minds at rest. She put us first. Thank you. The customer services team (option 1 on the phone) on the other hand was very poor in communication and resolving issues. Thank goodness you have someone like Shauna on the team in Sales.”
