“I have to say Finn was amazing. Unfortunately, due to technical issues, the flight out was cancelled at midnight but the next morning we spoke to Finn. The flights were rebooked, accommodation rearranged and I couldn’t be more grateful for the great help I received to help to resolve a stressful situation. The holiday was wonderful too!
