“Had a small query before booking which Sohit contacted the hotel and confirmed. Rang me back as promised with the information and then with the quotation. Sohit then completed our booking without any fuss or problems. Very friendly to deal with.”

“I had a couple of queries about a holiday i wanted to book. The live chat put me onto Sohit. Sohit was brilliant, he rang me straight away and talked to me about it then booked it in the matter of minutes. I didn't expect anyone to be working on a bank holiday and after 5pm so it was fantastic to know there is someone on the line at those hours plus friendly and very helpful. Can't wait to go now.”

“Ref Sohit was very helpful. We wanted to make two hotel only bookings for the same trip which we could not do online but Sohit made the bookings over the phone for us so that they are just under the 1 booking reference.”
