“I ordered my Devos light ranger in the very beginning of the summer. All summer, my 3 children and I overlanded all over the country. The light ranger was amazing, not only did it light up our camp site but it helped keep the bugs away from us too. Super bright I don't think I ever turned it on high because it was too much light. I kept it low most of the time, now with the filters that snap on you even get a nice warmer light. it is now vital piece of my over landing gear. I don't leave home without it. I have a four-door Jeep Wrangler and three children so storage area is scarce and the light ranger folds up neatly into a small package that fits perfectly in the back of my rig. I actually don't ever take it out because it doesn't take up barely any space. It is very well-built and spent several days out in the rain and wind and never had an issue. I love this light and not only is it great for overlanding and camping I've broken it out several times at backyard barbecues to provide some more light. It holds a charge for a long time. I've left it for over a month without touching it and it's always fully charged when I grab it. Charges fairly quickly from my solar generator. I never actually timed it, but I plugged into my solar generator it charges in under two hours.”
“The Devos outdoor is one of the best outdoor lights you can get ahold of. The Light has multiple settings to set the right amount of light needed for whatever you are doing indoors or outdoors. I have used the light inside my house to have better white light when doing some tinkering. The light extends at a very nice height and also attempted to knock it over a couple of times and the tripod would hold its balance at full extent. Although I do recommend using the stake it comes with to secure it to the ground. The battery life is very long, I used it at a backyard party full bright at max charge and it lasted me 7hr and could have lasted a bit more if I would have left it on. The only bad thing I can say about this light is that it's not fully water-resistant. Devos says it can take some water but I have not tried it due to being too chicken to ruin my light. Overall it's lightweight and light and easy for camping or going to the park. I truly recommend the light if you want something you don't need to plug into a 12v connection for power.”
