“The Good: Lightweight. Easy to use. Extremely bright. The Bad: Push Button Latches are too long/big, making it difficult to depress them far enough sometimes. The rivets rusted from the night air after first use. Suggestion: Make the base more like a camera tripod. As it is now if the ground isn’t level, neither is the LightRanger.”

“Wonderful product by a wonderful company. Purchased the light ranger 1200 for camping. This light is quite helpful around the kitchen, when returning to the campsite after visiting with friends and especially when arriving at the site in the dark.”

“I purchased the Devos folding gun rack. It arrived quickly and without any shipping damage. It works as advertised holding 4 shot guns when we are on the ranges. I'll likely pick up another as we never have enough places to set your gun down.”

“love the product. the light worked well. i was worried about the light falling over with wind but has never been a issue. if you need a camp area light there is nothing better than this.”

“I love this light and it has been a great piece of kit for camping. The only thing I wished it would do is have a head that rotates directionally. It's great to have overhead lighting, but having it to where you could point light into a dark area versus simply overhead. I know the more moving parts the more liklihood of failure, but the stand is super robust and very sturdy! Also, not getting a charging cord to connect the external battery to the light was kind of a bummer. Will definitely buy others when financially possible!”

“works amazingly well. I have the lower lumen model and it cast more than enough light, on half power, to be able to clean up after a lovely evening spent with friends. Took me a few tries and an email to customer service to figure out how to dim the light. Somehow I kept switching between full power and half and the dim was elusive. I've seen the light, now. I can see this light being useful for all sorts of dark spots - dim work spots, power outages and camping of course. (just be mindful of your neighbors when camping. Not everyone wants light.)”

“I ordered two of the lights with sensors, filters and solar panels to recharge. I’m testing their ability to hold a charge first. Next will come a setup in my back yard around my pool deck for a 1 week evaluation of light modes and ability to recharge themselves during the day. More to follow on that. My initial impressions during unboxing. I felt like a kid at Christmas! My initial evaluation is they appear very sturdily made from quality materials. Everything functional right out of the box. After initial setup I wished Devos would just include the ground stake with each lighting unit as part of their deluxe kit (don’t worry they are on order next) . I can see the design becoming top heavy if the wind picks up. Nobody wants to have to get up in the wind/rain and fumble for a ground stake. Note to Devos..make the ground stake head adaptable to an electric drill chuck (yay sell a drill adapter) so the ground stakes can be put down without the need for a hammer but keep the ability to be hammered in (versatile). More to follow! Stay tuned Sportsfans!”
