“Having an issue with customer service with shipping an item that wasn’t in my package when I purchased it and it’s like I’m getting the runaround. They say they’re taking care of it but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received anything so obviously there’s a communication issue within the company”
“Did not receive my full order, contacted Devos the day of delivery (approximately 2 weeks ago) and still have not heard back or received the remainder of my order. As far as the product goes it is ok but has some serious design flaws. The light itself is bright and seems durable, but the way it connects to the stand is not great and the stand leaves a lot to be desired. Can’t tell you about the light filters that I have paid for and not received.”
“We recently purchased the motion light sensor for our devos light ranger. We are unable to use the motion sensor because the plug on it does not match the plug in the light.”
“Wrote a previous review stating this is a good product but the price is way too high. Owner responded telling me to give order number and they would help me out. Unfortunately, I responded to such request and was ignored. Seems to me they care more about the image than actually satisfying customers. Devos, don’t bother responding this one. GFY.
Also their solar panels don’t work and are scam. I had 3 replacements before I decided to jump ship.”
