“I really want to give them 5 stars. However, I've had 2 issues right out of the gate. I had one of my lights replaced because it would turn off about 5 to 10 seconds after I turned it on in high mode and it would take a couple minutes before it would turn off in the lower modes. They replaced the light, which was greatly appreciated. However, that replacement is doing the same exact thing.Staying on for under 10 minutes, then shuts off. It would be nice if that one worked without having to plug it in to a constant usb power source.”
“Bluetooth disconnects after a while, takes some time to reconnect. Locking latch on the poles worked poorly, the screw is not tight and it made a loud snapping sound when locking. Lighting is good, charging is easy.”
“My Lightranger 2000 light was delivered defective with 1 side of the latern not lighting up.
It was damn near impossible go get a hold of customer service for assistance. No one answered my emails for days, phone calls were never answered and went to voicemail even though I called multiple times during business hours. Literally the only way someone got back to me was my last attempt at trying by messaging the Devos company account on facebook which was very odd way to communicate.
It makes me weary if I have any other future issues that their customer service is impossible to get a hold of...I would not recommend this company to any friends because of poor customer service.”
“Light are great! Our elementary school ordered a bunch to light our play area at night for outdoor events. We liked them so much we ordered more and asked if a donation would be possible. Devos customer service rep said yes, they would donate one, but never did. I followed up a few times to no avail. So many people told us they loved the lights- it was disappointing to share our experience with them.”
