“The cream vintage coffee pot ordered arrived damaged inside and out with a poorly fitting lid, very disappointed that it was not checked properly before being despatched”

Hi Liz, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the item you ordered and that it was damaged when you received it. We strive to ensure all of our orders are checked before leaving our warehouse and unfortunately on this occasion, an item went out that was clearly damaged for which we apologise. I have spoken to our customer services team who have informed me that they have received the damaged item back and have processed a full refund for you inclusive of the initial postage costs you paid. They are also waiting to hear back from you regarding the refund of the postage you paid in order to send the item back to us which we will gladly refund for you also. “Very poor. Was expecting a delivery and then it never turned up when expected. I had to get in touch with dexam to say where was the delivery. Only heard a week later to say the delivery would be delivered again.”
