“First time I've ordered from here. The Customer Service is amazing the price of the items I bought in the sale great quality. There was a little hiccup with one of my sizes I ordered I got in touch with CS I was refunded right away and was told to keep the item so I reordered the item I needed I will be ordering from this company again 10/10”

“I purchased some joggers and hoodies for my Grandson, the quality and price was excellent value for money, I kept the joggers but unfortunately I had to return the hoodies as they were too small for my Grandson who is much bigger than his age, I am waiting to hear about the return of the money for them!”

“I am really delighted with the items I bought from Defend London. I do have to say that initially I was sent 2 bottoms and not a hoody, but they corrected it really quickly despite being affected by the flooding and having stock damaged. Sadly the top I got had a hole in, I emailed them and the very next day I had a replacement. So even though there were a few hiccups the customer service really was excellent, no issues with replacing the goods… and I love the clothes, the print on them is really great by boys are going to love them when I give them the items! Already recommended to friends!”
