Would give 0 stars if possible - terrible customer service. The returns process was a nightmare, they refused to respond to any form of communication (socials and direct emails). The glasses I purchased are fine but you are in for a world of hurt if you need to return them.

Code only had the €15 and no refund to my credit card, so this company is a scam and they have stolen my money and customer service is useless as you can’t speak to anyone, so there is a communication issue with getting anything resolved.

From my personal experience but also from reading more reviews of other customers, it seems that if there is any problem with your order, then the company will do nothing to help you or figure out the problem. They have been paid so they don't care after that. I recommend people to read more reviews to see the many problems customers had and how bad customer service is.

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING, NO I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL, SINCE I DO THE SAME JOB, AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND AT LEAST AFTER ONE WEEK I ASSURE TO SERVICE OUR CLIENTS.

No customer service to talk to. Been waiting on a refund for items sent back. wrote back to the email that said to contact them after 14 days. Got a mail back saying the same thing again and asking to wait another 14 days. Would not recommend or buy again since this seems to be the common customer service experience that everyone has had.

contact gezocht, al weken mee bezig, maar krijg maar geen reactie (super slechte customer service) enige reactie die ik krijg is, ik kijk het na, vervolgens geen reactie.

Paid for and processed 2 pairs of shades with the "Buy 2 get 1 Free" promotion. Only received confirmation and delivery of 1 pair. The worst part is customer service takes at least a week to respond given you only have 14 days to request a return.
