This is not about an order, I am so upset, I have been a loyal customer and a huge fan of DHgate. Then suddenly my card was blocked. I called my bank, it wasn't them. I contacted DHgate and I was told that I am a fraud! I couldn't even begin to get my head around what I was reading. I replied and told themvthey must have made a mistake. I have always paid for my purchases straight away and I have never returned anything or made any complaints. So I am shocked that I have been accused of this. It has really upset me. And I have sent multiple emails requesting an explanation for all this. Yet i still have not received any answers or explanation. Im devastated. Because I really loved shopping here. And customer service were amazing. I can't fault them. They are the kindest, loveliest people i have ever spoken to

I ordered a pair of shoes for my grandson a completely different shoe was sent in a wrong size. All effort to get a return and refund failed. They sent me all over the place and nothing ever worked. Pass this place at all costs. You’re throwing your money away.

Order something, when i put in tracking number, it was sent to a address that wasn't mine. Left tge seller five messages, no response. DH Gates told me to file a dispute. When I click dispute button it won't let you file a dispute. Please do not shop on the site.

Do not do any business with this company. We purchased soccer shoes and they fell apart after one practice. They were supposedly Nike; however, I doubt they were. Terrible company, never again.

I have received everything that I have ordered from them. A lot of their products are 25% or less of their Australian price.

DHGATE is a rip off! I ordered a sweater and it came as a rag! It was nothing like I ordered! There was no info on how to return! I lost my money! Never shop here!!!!!

Awful. Don't use. Customer service send you round and round. Pretend to help and don't. Products are inferior and sized wrong.

One of a shop name "mytcoltd2"I ordered this scarf since Oct 4 2019 10 pm.i sent messages and no reply even once.customer service can't even help and keep saying I have to contact the seller untill the seller says "I agree to refund with .... amount.Suck for real.i don't really mind that amount of money but I just don't feel right that the seller cheated on me and can do to others.i also sent email to safety enter but no reply either.WHAT a WICKED I'm so maddddd

Even before I do business with them you have to create an account with email & pw. No thanks and based on other reviews this is a company to stay away from!

Horrible!! Horrible!! Beware awful!!awful!! I tried to shop, but seller was adamant I cancel my order because the price was advertised wrong. Not my fault!!! Tried to dispute and contact DHgate. They never responded back about my issue. They let me know I was refunded because the seller didn't ship out the order. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!! Dhgate this is why you have a 10% only satisfaction rating. I'm surprised tjis company is still in business. Keep up the horrible customer service you won't stay in business. I will do my best to spread the word how really awful this business is. I hope I see the this awful business closes. Beware horrible!!!! Subject to preview so it won't be down loaded. I still have a voice and I'm not going to quiet that I can promise. You had better seriously look into your customer service issues because they are horrible. Only 10% customer satisfaction how do you sleep at night.

Well, on 24/09/19 I have ordered a shower curtain, and was charged AU$35.95. It was to be delivered between 07-18/10/19. (Australia). I knew that I would be overseas, so organized with my Post Office to keep the parcel for me. Hmm... returned last Monday and nothing: noting at the Post Office, not even a Tracking number has been sent to me. I have been trying to contact the company - my password is not accepted. I did reset it and still no cigar. In the meantime, they bombard me with their spam every single day. How about delivering what I have paid for instead? Free express delivery. Alternatively, a refund. You have my info and know how to contact me.

No pierdan su tiempo y su dinero en esta applicacion ni paginas que son estafas . Son mentiras que devuelven el dinero no envian las cosas . Es un dolor de cabeza con esta gente que no se toma en serio su negocio . No bajen la app , no compren aqui . Todo es mentira . Espero que algun dia me regresen mi dinero .

This site is hit or miss you, must be weary of certain stores. I would not recommend buying from any store that is not a recommend supplier. To file a claim you have to go on their website and not use the app. It is a process, but I have gotten money back for fake sellers who provides incorrect tracking numbers. Quality may also be a toss up you may or may not get what you see in the pictures or even the reviewers pictures.

I never received my package it was sent to France and the seller refused to resend it, and it was difficult reaching customer service at dhgate

Avoid seller (SUPER_STORE2019) Total con artist https://www.reddit.com/r/DHgate/comments/djkw1b/super_store2019_scammer_dont_buy/ I brought 3 pairs of trainers 2x size eu45 and 1x size eu42....what i recieved was one crappy poor made show...one i never ordered in the size eu39....wheres my 3 pairs trainers???? Totally wrong business no morals or ethics

Worst company I have ever dealt with.Item did not arrive and the seller will not respond to me. DH gate wash their hands of any responsibility and you get sent on a merry go round of being spoken to by machines. Won’t use again and suggest that others do the same. Disgraceful and awful customer service.

Dhgate will not help you very well if the store merchants are scamming you! They do not speak english and do not understand your purchase then they send you something else and they send damaged items. once they take your money it's impossible to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!

DHGate is not to be trusted in any form. Sellers from this sight commonly advertise items they do not have and therefore cannot send to you. I ordered 6 items from their site with 5 different sellers. I did not receive one order. Every order had a tracking number and no follow through by the seller from my emails. These tracking numbers would show something was delivered to someone else over 1200 miles from my address. My best advice to you, do not trust any vendors on this site, honesty is not the standard here. I am one voice among many who have been cheated of what he worked so hard for. I do not want anyone else to be used and lied to. Keep your money and your sanity, DHGate is not an Amazon or Ebay. This site is a host for liars and thieves.

The worst online ordering I have ever experienced.Got the product which was too small they wanted me to send him evidence I don’t know how to do that so I think my words should be good enough the seller told me to send back the product and gave me an address in China which I did and the cost was $35 plus I paid the $106.28 for the product and I was told last week that I would not get a refund so I am out the outfit which I can’t use anyway it’s too small. The gate is the worst company to try to talk to I have ever dealt with the worst online experience I’ve ever dealt with.The item number is 3144189961 it cost $106.28.

Most of the sellers who advertise cheap prices do not dispatch the item or items are delivered to wrong address at the end and then you have to wait for a refund which takes a long time. Actuallu sellers use same tracking number for many customers and customers thing the item is on its way.
