“Shoes look like they cost a dollar or so. DH Gate Denys they even sold them to me. Need refund on my card. Still have not got refund & going to refer to BBB.”

“block my payment credit card. It was seller mistake but they blocked me to purchase. Seller was delivery to mexico but DHgate does not take care this matter. See attachment photo.”

“I like the stuff I get people always commitment me on my style but there is seller that I bought a sweat shirt from that don't see eye to eye she told my text don't make sense and shirt is not what I want. Can I send it back upon arrival for. A gift card ?”

“It started out good, ordered 5 things got 4, then I ordered a lot of things, particularly from the social savings, too good to be true! All in all, I ordered 46 items and have received 11. I dispute them and wait a few weeks and always get my money back, Dhgate is aware of the scammers but they set up a process and you must wait a significant amount of time. They allow 2 months for delivery then you can dispute, it’s tricky though. it’s tricky to make you frustrated and not bother. That’s how the scam works. You order, they send out fake responses that it was shipped and they most times keep up the charade that it’s on delivery. It’s a fake tracking system. Eventually they add that it was delivered days ago to an address across the country. It takes so long and I was unaware of this scam at the time. That’s why the amount of orders in a 2 month period. The items I did get were good. I am done ordering and taking my business elsewhere, luckily many competitive sites exist.”

“I since April have been waiting to get my refund back and I still have not heard from anyone. This is the worst online company and I will be sending a very bad review. BE WARNED - DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE”

“This company is a fraudulent company. Ordered 7 lights and all I received was a million pieces of junk metal. Contacted dhgate and they just keep giving the run around. Do not buy from this company”

“It's a scam dhgate will not give your money back don't buy from these people when you buy for them they said the envelope to the wrong address with a tracking number which is obviously not what you ordered then when you try to make a claim they give you the runaround and then kick you off the site basically ripping you off it's a big scam”

“SCAM ? YES YES YES I bought a Makita drill set, I was given a tracking number and for 8 weeks it was in transit. Finally it hit UK customs and was sent to a Royal Mail center for delivery. I contacted them to find out when would i receive my item. They told me that my tracking number was not addressed to me and it only weighed 33grams (Drill Set !!!!!!!) I contacted DHGate and was informed to contact the supplier, which i tried but it came up with page not found. Eventually I received a full refund from DHGate. So, my point is that they send out bogus items with tracking numbers not even addressed to you. So, you think your item is on the way. DHgate make out that it is the supplier fault but they clearly are trying to rob you.”

“Absolutely terrible. I attempted to purchase several orders and needed to send my credit card information to some email address where apparently they could “verify” my information. In the process of waiting for them to verify this, all my orders were cancelled. I heard absolutely nothing from the email address i was told to send my information to. I contacted customer service 7 times in the past 3 weeks and they were absolutely useless, just asking to see screenshots of my email. Constantly exposing my credit card information to MANY people. And still nothing was verified. Dont waste your time here. This is the biggest scam ever.”

“I wasn't provided full refund for a counterfeit very low quality item and dispute was closed without proper mediation and no communication with me, I was absolutely ignored for several days and I keep being ignored. They literally do not reply on emails and leave your messages on read on Facebook. Support doesn't speak English either. Sending my money to seller that sent me a counterfeit item is a scam, selling counterfeit is illegal and Dhgate acting this way is supporting illegal activity. I will report this in all instances possible.”

“This place is a scam you order from them the product does not look as you see it on the internet they just send you whatever they want to send you six sizes too small I was told after they got my money it was Asian size I'm not Asian”

“Dhgate sucks I spent $219 on a wedding dress that did not come as described the sizes was four sizes too small because I was told it Asian sizes no one has ever told me that before now I've been trying to reach them for over two weeks and I keep being told there's no contact number and that the main office will get back to me I don't want anyone to get back to me I want my money back”

“I strongly advice people to do not purchase anything from DHgates the reason I have said that is I order clothes and never delivered more than 3 months and when I contact them they said they delivered it which they did not so please people don't purchase from DHgate it's scam website”

“I ordered 2 items of which I never received but I was out of town . I received something else and they sent 5 low quality lingerie.I wasn’t able to respond in 5 days that they sent the wrong item . I have been trying to log in multiple times to try to contact the seller . I already requested a stop payment through my charge card company. This company looks like a scam and suspect they have scammed a it of people. I will never order anything from this company. The most frustrating experience”

“Dhgate is a scam site. I ordered two motors from China that never came. Everytime you call, it tells to call back during standard bei jing hours. Is just a recording that won't let you speak with anyone.”
