“I purchase a few items ...yes it takes along time for your order to get to you but it came...I purchased human hair and 2 coats i was very satisfied....my only complaint is the delivery is slow.. But you have to understand is coming from china just relax go about your daily life and before you know it its here.. This is BXFBNEWS EXP.”

“I ordered 3 watches from dhgate 2 came and the last one didn't. Sent them e mails no response. Never deal with them again. And would advise nobody else to either. They are not reliable.”

“I used to love DHGate for buying jerseys (still love the jerseys I have, but had a bad experience last time so won't shop there again). I recently ordered 100 pieces of polaroid film, which the seller very clearly marketed as 100 boxes of film. I paid $74 and only received 5 boxes, because the seller claims 1 'piece' is one literal sheet of film. All the pictures on the product listing showed a box of film, and the title of the item just said Instax mini polaroid film. The only way to see that 1 piece = 1 sheet of film was if you downloaded the app and scrolled all the way through the fine print. Of course this was intentionally misleading, so I asked for a refund. The seller refused, and I requested DHGate mediation, and not shockingly they took the side of the seller. Pretty much I was told that if I had looked around better I would have known that I was only buying 5 boxes, so this is all apparently my fault. So I got no money back, and paid way more for a few boxes of film than I would have at literally any other store- not to mention that it took 2 months to ship, so by now it is too late for me to dispute the charge with my bank. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I'm really disappointed in how DHGate handled this situation and they have lost a loyal customer.”

“Never order from this website. I made an error and contacted them within 10 hours of my order and nobody contacted me to rectify the issue. The order wasn’t even in awaiting shipment and so I tried to cancel my order. As soon as I did the order went to awaiting shipment. Then immediately to your order has been shipped. I received shipping tracking orders that do not ven work. Total scam.”

“I recently order some items, they promised me to deliver my package 3-9 Business days, unfortunately it's been 3 week I didn't get nothing. I emailed the seller and even DHgate representative called Amanda. Nothings has been done. What they say on the website is trap... Guys take your business somewhere else. Dont get trapped like I did.”

“Like most buyers who wrote a review, I also received a tracking number that said package delivered to an address thousands of miles away. How the heck did they get my address wrong in the first place. Filing a dispute was a joke. I had to wait an additional 7 days before any action was taken because the seller was given time to respond to my dispute. There are so many scam shops that are set up on DHgate. My theory is they DHgate is probably the owners of these shops that offer products at a lower price than other shops selling similar items. Buyers are lured into purchasing products that carry fake tracking numbers. Disputes and resolutions take upwards of many weeks depending on the terms of agreements. In the meantime DHgate is holding on to the buyer's money because evidently they do not release funds to the seller until buyer has confirmed and receipt and satisfaction with products. So during this time that DHgate is holding on to your money, they are probably investing that money in something else and is making a profit. So to me this is all a HUGE scam. Just stay away from this site. Their items are all counterfeit anyways so quality is always questionable.”

“I agree with most of the reviews that it is a scam. I ordered 2 item from 2 different sellers and have not received ether items. You just get the run around trying to track down or dispute or refund. Looks like I’m out $276.21 I will continue with Federal Trade Commission, and with Apple App to get DHGate removed. I don’t recommend buying anything from China, it’s just not worth getting ripped off!”

“Do not use this website!!! Probably I will never know if the tracking number given to me by the seller was fake (it belongs to someone else) or my order was in fact, delivered to the wrong place. (1,000 miles away from my address). When you try to open a dispute, such as "Item not received" or "Invalid Tracking Number" you cannot open a dispute because "the seller's delivered estimate time 2019-12-02" please be patient...."however, the USPS site says today - November 7th - "Item DELIVERED".. The customer support is a JOKE with those useless prompt scripts. DHGate should select better the sellers. Otherwise, nobody else will shop with them again.”

I uploaded my conversation with DHGate when I was asking for their help to get refund from a vendor named huifangzhou. The vendor promised to refund but they went ahead to process the order. DHGate allows vendors to ignore buyer's refund request and will not help buyers to get their money back. That's their refund policy. I didn't get emotional because of this but I want to post my experience here to warn all the buyers not to buy from DHGate.”

“This site is a SCAM! I ordered more than 10 items because I was new to the site and thought I was getting great deals. What I got was ripped off. I ordered 5 items from seller "tianmaodian2019" who said they shipped my order but gave me bogus tracking numbers. They gave me tracking numbers for packages that have been shipped to states such as IL and CA. Another seller "zhongguopifa998" did the same thing. Another bogus tracking number for something that was delivered to FL. Seller "fashionshoes8886" did the same thing. This bogus tracking number was for package that shipped to OH. I have not received a single item that I ordered. The sham sellers have all closed their sites and turned off their emails. I can't get a response to any emails I tried to send and DHgate won't allow me to open a dispute until after the estimated shipping dates have passed. How this site is still in operation is beyond me. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!”

“I strongly dislike the fact that the sellers gave me the wrong tracking numbers and now the sellers don’t exist. I was so excited for nothing. The customer service is bs. They don’t want to give me my money back offering me 2 dollars. How dare DHgate allow this to go on. So I just said case resolved and deleted the app. PLEASE DON’T EVER BUY FROM DHGATE ‼️‼️”

“Items seems to be delivered to another cities. And when you try to contact the seller it says that store does not exist. DH doesn’t have customer service number or chat. Just and automatic machine that responds simple questions. It was to good to be true.... I feel stupid to believe in scammers like DH gate. I recommend Amazon instead. Serious company with customer service. Money back warranty if any problem or returns. DH GATE you pay and you don’t receive NOTHING!!!!!!”

“Customer service is a Joke. Do NOT PURCHASE anything from Shoppa! My item was shipped to another state. The seller offered to resend. I requested tracking info- they sent me tracking from someone else's order- invalid tracking! What a joke!!! As of today, I have not received my item or any resolution to resolve my issue! Tang-Tang is a computer generated system "they call customer service!" I've never seen anything like this in my life. The government should shut them down for SCAMMING HARD WORKING PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM DHGATE. I WILL make this known on social media as well.”

“DHgate.com went from bad to worst. These sellers on DHgate are freaking dumb Chinese idiots! I have received an order of over $4k from my customers and these Chinese sellers cannot fulfill their commitment / responsibilities. I ended canceling all of these orders. These Chinese a-holes do not belong in the internet.”
