“I purchased or so I thought I did purchase a purse for my daughter. She received an email stating the payment didn’t go through. I sent my daughter a screen shot showing her the payment processed she would need to dispute it. I attempted to dispute it using the dhgate message dispute, unfortunately the “submit” button doesn’t work, once you pollinate the fields with information but low and behold the refresh button did work it removed all information I submitted. No need I’m going to my bank today to dispute it and get my money back. Long story short, my daughter didn’t receive her goods, I have to request an investigation through my bank to get my money back!”

“Do not buy of DH gate. They have the worst customer service procedure. you can not phone them you can not chat to them online only to a robot. When making a dispute they will ask you to send them a picture for evidence. most of the issue need a video for evidence. I took a picture of the product, they closed case saying the insufficient evidence. I got robbed for buying a mobile phon that did not function. suppose to be a android phone. all it could do is make and receive calls. none of the apps functioned. waste of time and money. Bastards giving China a bad name.”

“A friend of mine ordered a Louis Vuitton knock off Speedy on August 6th 2019 and she hasn't received her order since then. Seller keeps saying her order is on the way and is in the process of going through customs. The pictures and reviews on their site are fake. Some pictures shown of received items are actually stolen images from people who own authentic luxury good items. And when you go to an item, it will say an order was placed from Italy 3 seconds ago, then it will say Russia, Israel, etc. That is also fake. They just try to reel in the buyer. The only genuine reviews of DHGate you will find is on Google. My advice, save your money and go elsewhere. This site is a scam. Everything literally on their website, their products, reviews, photos are fake.”

“Hello buyers If I could give DHgates 0 stars I would first let me just saying everything they are selling on there site is not there items at all! If you have a problem the process takes hours the online help is no help I’ve been on the site trying to get my refund for 3 plus hours with no success. I trying upload my video of my human hair i ordered and received synethic hair i had to have a YouTube account to upload my video evidence completely absurd! I’m so over this site I spending 171 for human hair plus $42 dollars to receive the hair before my appointment this Saturday so now I gave no hair just left to deal with this absurd site”

“I ordered a makita tool set and was givin a tracking number that said my order was shipped to California instead of Michigan. I tried contacting seller and get no response.And everytime I try and get on Dhgate.com to open a despute, the date in which I can open a despute keeps changing. For any person thinking of ordering from this company I would highly advise not to!. Very mad at this company. Who knows how long it will take to get my money back”

“I would give zero stars if I could. This website is a complete scam. They lie, telling you that a product you want is near you in your own country or city. After you have PAID for it, you suddenly find out it's in China. This is especially dishonest, and I hope all the complaints lead to the site getting shut down.”

“Ordered shoes in May and they were never delivered (it is now December 9th). The seller has made every attempt to blow me off and has been "checking on the order" for 6 months. No shipping updates have been given nor any inclination I will ever see my shoes or money back. Any attempts to resolve this through customer service have been unsuccessful as they say the only way I can get a refund is if the SELLER gives me one...How does that make any sense?!?! So if (WHEN) the seller intentionally receives your money and never ships your products, you have to rely on THEM to get your money back...UNACCEPTABLE!!! Infuriating. SCAM. AVOID. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Kiss your $ goodbye if you buy something from here.”

“Ordered some bridesmaids dresses and we did receive them with no problem. However they were made extremely cheap and were very stiff so we came to an agreement with the seller to return them of course the shipping to return it cost half of what we paid, but hey at least we should get some back. However now a month has past and the seller says they haven't received them yet. They're very impatient. Shipping from Canada to China will take much longer than one month. Certainly not pleased with the customer service. Afraid to say may have lost over $350 to them... whatever you do, don't shop there.”

“This site is definitely not customer service oriented. If there is any issue ,item , payment ,delivery, size, anything ,you will be in for a battle. The customer service reps will not budge, if you can’t resolve ,every time you contact them you will have to reiterate the issue, it almost seems as they try to wear you down, so you will just give up and their problem is solved. Unfortunately, they lose massive customers that way. If you want a fight with DHGate you’ll get it, however some of the sellers are very good,it’s real hit n miss. Good luck”
