“Scammy website. Sellers are scammers. Product image does not match product that is delivered. Sellers refuse to provide any returns or refunds even it is guaranteed in the sales page. DHGate does not help with disputes and will make it very difficult to get a resolution. DO NOT purchase from sellers on this website, you will most likely be scammed like everyone else that posted reviews here.”

“Please don’t buy !!! I ‘ve got cheated!!! I bought a (black school) Clark shoe for my daughter. What I have received was very cheap and light wight tennis shoe. Customer service, didn’t even bother to help.”

“My son ordered a pair of shoes from dhgate.com. After we put my card info in it immediately took my money. Then about 5 minutes later we got a email saying there was a “transaction error “ and they couldn’t ship the order. But now been trying to get my money back and of course there is no way to talk to a live customer service person. Websites like this need to be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!!ZERO STARS!!!!!!!”

“I do not even want to give one star!! We ordered shoes the first week of January, they shipped February 16th, got an email a few days later stating the tracking number was deleted. We still have not received product and they will not reply on chat and cannot contact them any other way. They have our money and we have no product!! We need answers immediately!!”

“There are things you need to know before you buy. 1) any designer goods on there are replicas/ fake 2) only shop with sellers with good scores 3) use size charts for every clothing items 4) shoes are hit and miss on size and quality 5) the only way to get help for issues/ refunds is filling a dispute and following up on it 6) sellers have 4 weeks to ship, and it takes additional 3 to 8 weeks to get to you”

“If I could do zero stars I would. Received the wrong head and they are making it a nightmare to try and return the item. They would not give me an address to return and then said that they will only return it through a certain shipping company also they may not refund the money spend on it.”

“What a scam! I couldn’t reach a human to get my order straight after a return so they had my money and the dress I needed for my daughters wedding. I waited and tried to contact a representative for 3 1/2 months! Finally took my complaint to Visa who refunded my purchase. I hope the word gets out not to trust dhgate.com their website runs you in circles...Never again!!!”

“Constant issues trying to make payments. I verified funds available and correct billing address on card. Bank advised they never received a payment attempt and card works elsewhere. DHgate customer support is adamant that it's being declined, but this has happened several times and clearly an issue on their end.”
