“I had ordered 3 pairs of sneakers and I still have not received them I only received one I left them a email I think they are a scam because u can't even call them over the phone they need to give me my shoes that I ordered or I'ma sew dh gate for all the money no wonder why my boyfriend says read the reviews before u order something now I don't even order stuff from this site I only order from wish cause it comes in two weeks and sometimes earlier they don't try to scam u and u get a tracker u can go to order history and click the botton that says where is my package and it shows u on the map how far the truck is from u it's very good site but dh gate is stupid”

“Terrible company. Order something was shorted almost 30 of our 140 items. Filed dispute which got me nowhere. Was finally told by the seller they would ship me the rest and 13 days have passed; no tracking given to me, no response to my messages and to make it worse customer service refuses to help me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and it’s appauling they can treat a paying customer this way!! Do not use this company for anything!!”

“DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Of I could give them less than a zero rating, I would. They took my money and said they would notify me when my order shipped. I never heard from them and they won't respond to my emails. They're THIEVES!!!”

“I ordered basketball and football jerseys twice, a total of 5 jerseys. Both times took about 6 to 7 weeks, which I expected because they come from China. I have read mostly bad reviews. In my case the jerseys were great quality. They look and feel like jerseys that cost hundreds of dollars. Customer service is nonexistent. But I will continue to order jerseys, probably nothing else though.”

“Absolute scam ordered a watch came faulty wanted a refund on this they send you round in circles ask for evidence you send it and they say they are awaiting further evidence absolute joke scam scam scam I could go to China and show them they would still want more proof never get a refund on this.”

“I would have given this 0, but that wasn’t an option. I spent $24.00 extra to get fast shipping, guaranteeing the seller would ship within 4 business days. I ordered the dress for my daughters ball 16 DAYS AGO, and I just got an email saying it just now shipped and should be here in around 7 days. Well, that’s not going to work. Her ball is in 5 days so I’m praying it gets here before hand. I will never order from this company again. It took me literally over an hour just to send a message to them the customer service site is so bad. DO NOT waist your money on this site. I ordered her dress 20 days in advance so it would be here in time, and paid 24 extra dollars just to get fast shipping. This site does not ship within 4 days like they claim on their website. I am so disappointed in this site. They are nothing but scam artists in my opinion. Asking for more money for shipping and not delivering on it. That’s where they make their money.”

“These guys are a scam. I'm grateful to have received my money back, but it took awhile. I ordered a chair that never came. When I opened a complaint, they said to be patient and wait for several days. Finally I just disputed the charge on my credit card after trying to email them repeatedly asking for a refund. They don't respond in a timely manner and they're not very on top of things. When I tried to leave a review from the link they sent me on my email, they said my account didn't exist anymore. These guys are fraudulent. Save yourself the time and energy and shop somewhere else.”

“My experience with DHGate is 50/50 - but when they are wrong their "dispute" process is a joke. I received a pair of "high end" sneakers that were wrong size, wrong color, and had ink markings on the top of the toes. The seller was a shop called sensendream. He offered me a refund of one penny! I am stuck with shoes that can't be worn or even sold due to the ink. Some dhgate sellers are ok but you're really taking a risk due to sellers like sensendream.”

“I canceled my order within days of ordering before they were even shipped out and they refused cancel my order. They still sent dresses and I am not happy with the quality and they responded with you get what you paid for!!!! I would recommend to not buy from this company.”
