“Dhgate is NOT a scam. I been buying from there for over 3years everything from shoes to electronics. It's all a bunch of different sellers and stores like Amazon and eBay you need look at the sellers ratings and reviews first and not just buy from the cheapest price because anything you find there's dozens of different stores that sell the exact same thing. So anyone to get ripped of that's the persons own ignorance for just sending money somewhere before checking what other customers say. There's a reason why they want a 5 star rating so bad it's because they can't change people's reviews which is what you need to read before buying from. Only common sense”

“I did not get my packages I ordered. My package went to Brooklyn instead of Latham NY. Seller ignored all my messages to him. About to report this to my bank!”

“scam I lost 2000USD they sent me a garbage and no buyer protection they sent my money to seller seller can refuse the buyer protection Dear stitch_Sap, We have helped you to check with seller to see if they agree to resend again. “Dhgate is a total scam. They’ll send you a real tracking number so they can dispute your claim but the item won’t be what you ordered. Stay away!”

“Do not buy from this site, I didn’t receive my products and when I tried to put on a dispute after being charged, it is a nightmare to get help, everything is automated and you go in circles. It tells me that the seller and product no longer exist but they took my money and no product was delivered to me”

“I purchased or so I thought I did purchase a purse for my daughter. She received an email stating the payment didn’t go through. I sent my daughter a screen shot showing her the payment processed she would need to dispute it. I attempted to dispute it using the dhgate message dispute, unfortunately the “submit” button doesn’t work, once you pollinate the fields with information but low and behold the refresh button did work it removed all information I submitted. No need I’m going to my bank today to dispute it and get my money back. Long story short, my daughter didn’t receive her goods, I have to request an investigation through my bank to get my money back!”

“Do not buy of DH gate. They have the worst customer service procedure. you can not phone them you can not chat to them online only to a robot. When making a dispute they will ask you to send them a picture for evidence. most of the issue need a video for evidence. I took a picture of the product, they closed case saying the insufficient evidence. I got robbed for buying a mobile phon that did not function. suppose to be a android phone. all it could do is make and receive calls. none of the apps functioned. waste of time and money. Bastards giving China a bad name.”

“A friend of mine ordered a Louis Vuitton knock off Speedy on August 6th 2019 and she hasn't received her order since then. Seller keeps saying her order is on the way and is in the process of going through customs. The pictures and reviews on their site are fake. Some pictures shown of received items are actually stolen images from people who own authentic luxury good items. And when you go to an item, it will say an order was placed from Italy 3 seconds ago, then it will say Russia, Israel, etc. That is also fake. They just try to reel in the buyer. The only genuine reviews of DHGate you will find is on Google. My advice, save your money and go elsewhere. This site is a scam. Everything literally on their website, their products, reviews, photos are fake.”

“Hello buyers If I could give DHgates 0 stars I would first let me just saying everything they are selling on there site is not there items at all! If you have a problem the process takes hours the online help is no help I’ve been on the site trying to get my refund for 3 plus hours with no success. I trying upload my video of my human hair i ordered and received synethic hair i had to have a YouTube account to upload my video evidence completely absurd! I’m so over this site I spending 171 for human hair plus $42 dollars to receive the hair before my appointment this Saturday so now I gave no hair just left to deal with this absurd site”
