“I am retired and have Medicare. My current supplier told me there was a shortage on one of the supplies that I ordered every 90 days. I was running low on the item and found diabetic supplies. Unlimited This was my first order. They shipped me the supplies needed within two days as it turned out the supplies I ordered. I had ordered the wrong product number diabetic supplies unlimited on the same day gave me a return label. I returned the original shipment and they shipped out the proper shipment the next day. This all happened within a seven day period. diabetic supplies unlimited responded to emails almost instantly and I would strongly recommend using diabetic supplies unlimited.”
“While I’ve placed orders before with them, this is the second time that I’ve opted for the expedited shipping and the delivery was late… actually very late this time. The fee charged for expedited shipping was high, but I couldn’t wait the normal 3-5 delivery time for regular shipping so I paid the expedited fee, which advertised 1 business day delivery. Even though they advertise “same day shipping” my shipment did not go out. When I inquired about this they explained that “they missed the shipping window”. They shipped it out the following day ( a Friday) and the shipment wasn’t delivered until the following Wednesday. When I inquired about the shipment possibly being lost and asking for a replacement, their response was to try and wait another day. All of this while at that time, the patient had run out of supplies. It was eventually delivered, but 5 days after the order was placed. This means that the free or cheaper (I don’t recall if it was free or not) regular shipping option with delivery in 3-5 days, was the better option, since the expensive expedited 1 day delivery actually took 5 days to arrive. Very disappointed on this occasion with this order.”
