“As a T1D Mom I appreciated how quickly i was able to aquire insertion sites when the insurance/shipping/supplier nightmare (everyone knows what I am talking about) failed to work as needed. WHYYYYY T1D are only allowed to have easier access to supplies is beyond me. Even paying out of pocket (as many of us have to do at times) should be easy! Thanks to this company for providing such a service so that my daugther can recieve insulin in order to survive.”
“Disappointed in transit time for shipping. Charged a premium for shipping, but sent via very slow mail. A priority flat rate box would have been cheaper and faster.”
“This is the second consecutive shipment that is taking clise to 2 weeks to arrive. These supplies are important. Would be more understandable if shipping rates weren't so high, but this is very disappointing. I am still waiting.”
