Hi Charged double the amount for flights (to credit card) and did not honour price on my booking. Tried to cancel the inflated booking price but they were looking for £300 in cancellation charges. Very very unhelpful and bordering on rude! I have an email chain saying I did not want to pay double the price quoted from previous email. Poor service and would NOT recommend. Raising a dispute and reporting to Atol. Serious concerns surrounding their unscrupulous business practices.

Scam I would advise others to avoid Dial4travel at all costs. I had booked a ticket from them during the pandemic, and was asked by Eric to pay a deposit of 250. When I later learned that the ticket would cost more due to needing to isolate for 10 days, I asked for a refund, but Dial4travel has yet to pay me back.

Bought the ticket to Toronto in 2019 paid the deposit in November but had to cancel due to covert they refused to refund my money back instead David mill told me to pay full money so i wouldn't loose my deposit so last year in feb/march 2020 i paid £800 n rebooked the ticket for July 2020 but due to covert n my health I couldn't travel so i since than I must have called David mill so many times n left the message he never calls back finally I got in touch with him last number n asked him if I would loose my money I even explained him i 70 year old lady my daughter gave me the money for my anniversary I truly cannot afford to loose it so he assured me i would not since early this year I have been ringing him he is always busy u can't even talk to his supervisor or the manager they always say they will call back which they never i want to book the ticket for july but no answer i am so frustrated i already have heart issues n believe this doesn't help pls can some one advice me what action to take shall I report to police
