“Bought the ticket to Toronto in 2019 paid the deposit in November but had to cancel due to covert they refused to refund my money back instead David mill told me to pay full money so i wouldn't loose my deposit so last year in feb/march 2020 i paid £800 n rebooked the ticket for July 2020 but due to covert n my health I couldn't travel so i since than I must have called David mill so many times n left the message he never calls back finally I got in touch with him last number n asked him if I would loose my money I even explained him i 70 year old lady my daughter gave me the money for my anniversary I truly cannot afford to loose it so he assured me i would not since early this year I have been ringing him he is always busy u can't even talk to his supervisor or the manager they always say they will call back which they never i want to book the ticket for july but no answer i am so frustrated i already have heart issues n believe this doesn't help pls can some one advice me what action to take shall I report to police”
