“Very good at attempting to placate an irate customer but rubbish at solving the problem or even knowing their own internal processes. I was effectively lied to day after day - very nicely and with no malice but with complete incompetence.”

“I wanted to change the handset after placing my order on line, dialaphone refused even though the order had only just been placed and said the phone I wanted was on a higher tariff, which I said I would gladly change to. I was told that this had all been set up with the network provider now. I called the network provider who said they would be more then happy to change the tariff, called dialaphone back but they insisted the phone would already have left the warehouse (this all happened in the space of a few hours) I advised i would return the phone to which they responded if I did they would just keep sending it back to me (probably the most childish thing I have heard in a very long time). I would also add the 'manager' I was put through to was quite rude and her tone during the conversation was quite frankly unnecessary. I have since read reviews online of very similar experiences and only wish I had read them first.”
“I bought an Apple iPhone 5C on a fixed contract, with a rebate option.
Despite two phone calls to dial-a-phone months ago, I am still waiting for the rebate schedule and instructions/terms to be sent through by post or email!!
Therefore my rating is based on this poor service.”
“Its the first time I have bought a mobile on line would not do it again it took me 3 weeks to get connected, + 2 Phones + 3 sims I wish I had gone to high street at least they could have helped me straight away. I lost count of the number of times I telephoned dialaphone. In the end I had to go into store and ask for their help it took 5 minutes for them to set me up.”
“I always cotacted dial a phone for my phone contracts x3 and upgrades, but this year dial a phone has been taken over by phones 4 u. I found the deals and level of service has taken a turn for the worse.
I will not use phones 4 u again, i had a lot of problems due to their incompetent staff, i had to contact Vodafone direct to resolve my issues.”

I'm sorry you feel the deals were up to the level you had previously had. However, Phones 4u have owned Dial a Phone since 2008 and so I can assure the takeover has had no affect on this.
