“A trustworthy and service motivated business.My dealings with Diana Jewellery has been exceptional, from design pricing and manufacture, they were quick to respond to questions and inform me at each and every step. Robert and Mona with their crew produced the jewellery to a high finish, class and standard. Pricing is honest and competitive. “Excellent service from the moment I entered the boutique, I was guided through the process of purchasing a diamond that worked for me. I was also guided through the whole process of how the ring gets made and they assisted me with the custom design I requested. The aftermarket service is also exceptional. Highly recommended for engagement rings.”

“The rings were designed and made well however, I found that the ring had scratches on both the rings. Maybe it was lack of the final touch that was required but overlooked despite with ample of time. Mostly happy with the product and would recommend to others.”

“I was recommended to go to Diana Jewellery and am very glad I took my friend's advice, as the whole experience was fantastic from the initial online chat when visiting their website to the personal interaction with a friendly family business that prides itself on supplying quality jewellery tailored to the customer's requirements as well as offering professional advice to provide real value for money which culminated in a superb and beautiful engagement ring. “It was a great experience working with the team at Diana... the ability to realize a vision one has in your head and then get it drawn up in a 3D modeling system was truly amazing.. It allowed for detailed tweaks and well thought engineering perpesctive in order to provide the best possible looking ring with the strongest durability.. great people and great service...”

“Diana Jewellery was (and is) a brilliant experience from start to finish. On my first visit I explained that I didn’t know anything about diamonds - Mona educated me on the different diamond shapes and all the different qualities that you need to consider. I went away, did more research, and came back with a clear idea of what diamond I wanted. We selected the diamond off the exchange, Diana ordered it in. After this we discussed the ring setting - looked at various examples - and then I sat with the team and customised my own setting. The team produced a 3D model on the computer, and I was able to select from here. This was a highly personal level of service - with no pressure to buy or take any particular diamond or design. I was given the time to make my own decisions, and Diana were there to give advice, and make alterations to the design when I changed my mind. The finished product was even better than I imagined - the workmanship is faultless. Having also looked at some other well known jewellers, I can highly reccomend the quality of workmanship, and the premium service given at Diana Jewellery. We have already discussed designing and buying further Jewellery with Mona. Thank you again”
