“Everyone at Diana was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. This was my first experience purchasing from a jewellery store and Mona really supported myself through the whole process. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, aswell as helping me fully understand all things diamonds. A couple of video calls and several questions later I purchased the engagement ring I had envisioned. Thank you to everyone at Diana for making the process so smooth and easy. “Diana Jewellery made my experience comfortable and memorable. They helped me design the ring and select the diamond, consulting throughout without selling to me. The ring I was purchasing was an engagement ring, I had a small brief to work from and had no idea where to start. Without their consultative advice, I don’t think my now fiancée would have been as happy as she is with her ring! We plan to return for our wedding rings!”

“I had an amazing experience buying my engagement and wedding ring band from Diana Jewelry. Mona was very helpful; she assisted me from start to finish. She explained every single process to me through WhatsApp and all my questions was answered in a timely manner. I was able to get a good ring option that’s within my budget with her assistance and my fiancée loved it so much. The ring set was ready within two weeks after initial deposit of 50% as agreed and I was being updated on the production process in every step. I enthusiastically recommend Diana Jewelry for anyone interested in buying original diamond rings in Dubai. Cheers”

“I found Diana Jewelry through a search on the internet and I walked in to their office. I told them I wanted a pear shaped ring because my lover had always hinted me about it and they explained everything I needed to know from ring size to colour to clarity and we finalized everything. They told me it would take about 2 weeks of which I got it on the 10th day, what a lovely team. It's also amazing that I got a certificate for the diamond haha. I totally recommend the Diana Jewelry team.”

“The search for a nice engagement ring for my girlfriend had been a very exciting but tiresome task. I had to learn the parameters which differentiate the types of stones as well as the setting. In my search to get my girlfriend the ring she deserves, I have looked into several popular as well as local shops in UAE. The majority of the shops did not have a variety of selections for me to choose from and their prices were very expensive. Finally, I came across Diana and I was surprised with the options they have. I was almost skeptical to see some of the stones and rings I was looking for with such prices and decided to go in person and learn more about it. The staff was very amazing, polite, professional and welcoming to say the least. They explained to me the parameters and properties of a diamond with the actual sample presented to me right there. They took the time to let me understand and answered every single question I had about the rings including things I did not even know to ask. They added a whole lot of excitement to my engagement which I was planning to be a surprise. We built up the design with different settings while seeing the computer-generated samples on the screen which made it very easy to visualize the actual ring. Before the commencement of the production, I was able to see the final 3D model of the ring as well. I was amazed by how fast the ring was completed and was extremely pleased with the final product and quality of every single detail. It was one of the most satisfying experiences of my engagement. My fiancé loved the ring so much and she couldn't stop looking at it for quite some time. Having spent several months researching for the right type of ring, I can say with absolute certainty that Diana is the best choice for anyone looking to get an engagement ring. The superb customer care, friendliness of the staff, the variety of choices, and especially the prices of the stones for the quality of the rings they provided cannot be matched by any other jewelry shop in UAE.”
