“I recently purchased a beautiful engagement ring from Diana Jewellery and was delighted with the ring and the service was first class. Knowledgeable patient staff were on hand to help me out with every question and concern I had and were a pleasure to deal with. Follow up communication was also excellent. “Diana jewellery undertook my lengthy request to custom make a ring using a center diamond I already had, and purchase side stone diamonds that I had chosen. They were excellent at designing everything I asked for and the finished ring looks stunning. Very happy customer!”

“It was my first time to deal with Diana Jewellery. They were so professional and tried to customize our experience of me and my fiancé as much as possible. They were very understanding and accommodated all of our requests in a very friendly and smooth manner. I was so happy that once we gave an approximate budget, they tried their best to give us a lot of options to choose from and helped us in selecting the most suitable and valuable diamond. In addition to this, once we selected the ring design, they also advised us on the width of the ring. We initially selected a width that was not so suitable, but when the team advised us on the appropriate width we were so grateful and appreciated the advise. We also visited the offices in Dubai and everyone was so helpful and supportive. The payment process went smoothly and easily. Even though with the pandemic's limitations, delivery was quick and smooth. The only that we did not like throughout our experience was that the diamond ring box is not elegant at all and we would have preferred getting a more elegant and beautiful box. Especially that this was an engagement ring. Hence, would recommend having some customized boxes for engagement rings that clients can choose from. All in all, our experience was superb and would always recommend Diana Jewellery to anyone who is seeking to buy diamonds or Jewellery.”

“Really good experience, don't be fooled by the shabby location. We had our wedding bands with customised fingerprints done exactly as we requested and we were given the 3D design to be apprpved ahead of execution. The work was completed within a week and it was done to our satisfaction. Best place to get jewellery customised.”

“Really helped me understand diamonds properly when buying a ring, worked exactly to my budget and made the perfect custom design exactly as I had requested it. Prior to production, they also created a 3D model for me of the ring which really helped me to make my decision that Diana was exactly the right place for me to buy from.”

“My fiancé and I visited Diana Jewellery to design an engagement ring. We had been recommended to go there by family and from the first visit we understood why. The level of professionalism and support that Mona and her team provided was excellent. From the choice of ring design to the selection of the diamond, every aspect was clearly explained and discussed. We imagine most people are not experts in this area so the authentic advice and guidance provided by the team is incredibly important and appreciated. This place is in itself a hidden gem in Dubai. “What a lovely experience at Diana Jewellery! I was a bit nervous about finding my engagement ring (and had looked at about 100 rings in different places before coming). I felt so comfortable with them during the consultation. They had an amazing selection to choose from and they were so creative and flexibility in helping me choose my ring. I knew nothing about diamonds before coming in and they sat and taught me so much about color, cut and clarity. I chose a design which they then customized for me, making the band slightly wider (to better suit my hand size) and changing the cut of diamond from square to oval. I was able to approve each step of the process - they sent amazing renders of the ring with my actual diamond - and I even got to view the wax version before they cast it. With it being such a big purchase we were nervous, but they were absolutely professional and helpful at every term. Just a lovely experience all around! One note is don't let the building fool you. It doesn't look like much from the outside but their showroom in great once you get inside!”

“An authentic family business with a friendly yet professional approach. From the moment you walk in, you get the feeling that you're in trusted, experienced hands. I was shopping for an engagement ring, and Andrew helped me navigate choosing the right stone and design, with full honesty and a lot of patience ! Once we gave the green light for the 3D design, i had my ring 4 short days later and we absolutely love it. I wouldn't go anywhere else for custom jewellery, and we'll be back to pick out our wedding rings soon. Thank you Andrew and Mona !”
