Very bad service this company is hope someone can sort this out when they informed you that the product you bought from the. Is out for delivery and they did not turn up ang you endured up defrosting your fridge ang you never hear from them .

Bought 3 large items a few weeks ago, delivery was a nightmare, items arrived separately and none on the day scheduled.

Was given a delivery date and time 3 times and there was 3 no shows or call to Inform just an email to say the order would be rescheduled.

Terrible experience, ordered a phone on the 5th of December with an estimated delivery of 5-7 days. Ended up having to cancel it on the 23rd of January because no progress was made and was told the item was "discontinued", even though I was told multiple times it would come, just that the delivery was delayed.

Rang on Thurs 19th to find out when delivery would be ( so i could plan my weekend in case delivery was going to Sat) I was told delivery would be on Fri 20th, I thought brilliant, no need to change any weekend plans.

The customer service at DID electric’s online is a big fat 0. I am still waiting for my order that I purchased on the 8th of December and paid for delivery, still no sign of it, I have emailed several times, left voicemail several times, that you say you will return call within 24hours, never happened, have rang over and over and can not get an answer on the phone. Very disappointed and still no contact with DID and parcel

The delivery guy, refused to take the old appliance, i called the company and left the msg, someone got back to me, and eventually told me i had to pay 29.
