Bough an oven on Tuesday and received it sat as requested. The driver Christy was extremely professional and helpful and gave clear arrival timelines. He removed the old oven and as well as the packaging from the new. 10 out of 10 for the service. I am happy to recommend and will shop there again. Maria Flynn

Brand new 2500 euro tv with a fault that has not been resolved after reporting the fault almost 5 weeks ago. The customer service is shocking with zero respect for the customer. Do not answer the phone and cannot even be bothered to answer emails. I went to samsung direct as just gave up on DID. My advice is keep away from this company if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. They will never get another cent off me
