D.I.D Electrical are a disgrace. I purchased a new Fridge/Freezer and washing machine 3 months ago. Both appliances faulty, not functioning as per engineers. Report still waiting on D.I.D to rectify. Too much politics with them do not buy from this company is my advice or you could be left hugely inconvenience like me. No washing machine or Fridge/Freezer since Christmas worst company ever absolutely no words disgrace. Whatever about a washing machine no Fridge/Freezer absolutely appalling.
