“My purchase has not yet arrived☹️ This is the second time this has happened 😡 What’s the point of paying for express delivery 🚚 I’m now out of my product since Saturday morning it’s now Monday evening🤬 I suppose I should start looking for a new supplier”

Hi Helen We dispatched your order on the 2nd of October which was the day after you placed your order. Normally deliveries to Ireland take 2-3 business days. The last day it should have arrived would have been Monday the 7th, but from looking at the tracking on DPD's website, they didn't deliver on time. I can only apologise for that but obviously we ship orders out ASAP, then we rely on DPD to complete the final part of your order and deliver in a timely manner. I'm happy to refund your postage, as you are a valued customer and we certainly don't like seeing negative reviews about our delivery times when our partners at DPD have seemingly made the error. Please get back to me when you can and we'll arrange the postage refund :) Kind Regards Ben

“It’s the first time I have ordered a weight loss programme from this website and I must say I am very impressed with the service so far. I have messaged Ben so many time and had quick responses and was able to place the order knowing everything I was unsure about. Also I selected standard delivery and received my order the next day which I was super impressed about as I wanted this package to arrive as soon as possible so I can start the programme. I would highly recommend ordering from this website, it is a reliable website and the service has been great for me so far. Thanks Ben.”

“Placed an order mid morning and it was delivered the next day even though i had not selected next day delivery can not get better service than that. I also contact Ben via the live chat and got a response straight away. 10 out of 10 service.”
