I recent bought a game using their platform.
After, I found that the seller “Xbox Official” and the declaration: “100 Secure and Legal” were both false.
I found that selling an email/password to insert it in your account for download a game is against Tos of Xbox and the user will banned if using that method. I talk with the Xbox Support that say to me it is illicit and completely bannable. Also using an email (xxxx@xxx) to add to your account without any control of it is dangerous (is it a stolen email?) against EU gdpr (and international rules).
For these reasons, the sale is voidable, thus because the item is unsellable, just from that origin.
I report the situation both to seller and to the platform for getting a refund and they both say to me that all is gone.
For this reason, this is, objectively, a fraud and I will be forced soon to report what happens to authorities and I tell you to avoid diftmark because they protect and enforce the unfair practices.!”

Bought an account with Outlast trials on July 11th, it was on July 14th that I hadn’t received my account and I filed for refund. honestly if you’re looking for keys look on G2A and CDKeys. They will give you KEYS and CODES, not just some scammy “borrowed” account that you can lose at any point, this site is nothing but a scam. It is not worth the hassle, customer service takes forever to get back to you because they don’t care and are unprofessional.
90% of their replies on their twitter (if they didn’t delete it) is other users warning people/asking for a refund. Im 90% sure their higher star ratings are all botted.”

Difmark platform does not refund nor care, no customer service. There are better platforms out there, but best to buy directly from Steam!

In the beginning of January I ordered FC24 after reading the reviews of this website and the terms of their website and the seller very carefully. Still I got scammed, so beware their 5 star reviews are most likely fake.
This is the story:
I ordered FC24 on 7 January from GoodKeyShop. With the terms that I would get my own Steam account and I would be able to play online. The delivery should've taken 1 hour, but it took many hours. After logged in to the Steam account he had given me and downloading the game, I tried to launch the game. But sadly, this didn't work. To play FC24 on Steam, you need to connect your Steam account to your EA app account, which was already done by another buyer. Also, I saw that many people were logged on into this account and there were already many hours played with FC24 from other buyers. There was no way to connect the account's library to my own, or to start the game (not even offline). So, I received login credentials from a Steam account that had FC24 on it, but because you can only connect 1 EA account to your Steam Account, I was never able to play it. Neither from that account, nor from my own account.
That day I directly told the seller about this problem. Also the day after, that day after etc. He never responded! So after the first 24 hours I was able to start a case so the website support could solve this problem. Which I was convinced of would be an easy case to solve for them. But nothing happened, after a few weeks I was able to escalate the case to a "claim". But also within the days the support should be acting on it, they didn't. I just heard completely nothing. So I escalated the case again.. Then finally 22 January the seller contacted me with a pre-made copy&paste template to offer me another game for the same price. Which, ofcourse, I couldn't accept, because I don't play any other game these days. Also, I bought FC24, so I wrote him back that the only solution would be to give me where I paid for, or to give me a refund. Then he started to ignore me again and now I'm still with nothing. So I decided to contact support with their support chat, and they just ignored me, like many other times happened as well when I was trying to solve this problem through the chat. So, in the end, no FC24, no support from the seller, no support from the Difmark, lost a lot of time, and I should've believed the negative reviews more than the positive ones, but yeah, when you really want to believe something you will find a way haha. Let this be a lesson to every one of you that tries to buy something on this website, whether it's an account, a key or something else, you will get treated bad by the website, so once anything goes wrong, don't expect to ever receive your money back.”

This platform has a bunch of sellers, that all have the same problem - they sell public accounts and you can't be sure, that you will be able to access it in several month. READ THE REVIEWS OF ACTUAL PEOPLE THERE AND DO NOT TRUST SHORT FAKE REVIEWS!!!
I have purchased the game (DON'T BUY FROM THE "GoodKeyShop" SELLER!) and the seller was able to provide the credentials only after 2 days. After I tried to log in, it showed, that this account requires 2 factor authentication through the corresponding mobile number. The seller replied once a day and it was impossible to communicate with him and get a verification code.
After 3 days of trying, I have created a Case #32072 and laimed for a refund. The system has fake timers that do nothing after expiration.
The dispute has been created almost 10 days ago and nothing has been done since that time.
I have written multiple times to the support chat and got only useless replies, that "we will provide information as soon as possible, bla-bla-bla".
It seems, that I have been blocked on the site and not the actual chat is not shown to me (only message, that "we will get back to you").
