But they no longer check whether this actually happens.\r\nIn my case, after paying for the order, it took the seller half a day to respond and with an excuse of technical difficuties , and i still dont have my code .\r\nSo i created a ticket .. No response\r\nFor me and the EU, this is unfair business practice and it is illegal throughout the EU.\r\nYou cannot advertise immediate delivery and when it comes to it just say opps .\r\nUnfortunately, the company is based in Morocco where it is difficult to enforce international law.\r\nThe company does not have to comply with any customer standards.\r\n\r\nover all it feels like scam to me"

"I paid for my game and then the seller told me that the game wasn't available and after some back and forth they finally agreed to refund the money via my original purchasing method. That was 5 days ago and the seller has not refunded me my money and stopped responding to me. DON'T BUY HERE YOU RISK GETTING SCAMMED.\r\n\r\nMy ticket ID is 187733 and if the seller refunds my money I will update this review."

"They are selling shared account with no information about it and it is almost impossible to get refund. I don't know what to do. It is hopeless situation."

"I got scammed. The advertisement said that the product would work in any country. After a long wait, I was sent a code that does not work in Australia. All in all, it was not worth the hustle to play Football Manager for 30 bucks less than on Steam. I ended up without the money, without the game, and with a day off lost."
