“JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Sellers are selling Steam accounts instead of game keys, which directly violates Steam's terms and conditions. You can be kicked out of your purchase at any time and won't see your money back. I was lucky, because the seller did not deliver, and MasterCard granted my Chargeback application (IN YOUR FACE!). But instead of sending my money back to my Credit Card, Difmark/the seller refunded the amount to the Difmark account where you cannot deduct any money from. Moreover, it was not even the amount I paid. They then made some stupid claims that the price included some sort of fees. Rubbish! I even quoted their own Terms and Conditions which read that refunds are made to the original payment channel. This place is a scam and the sellers are too. I reported one of them to Steam. No idea, if they can track them down. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!”

I purchased an account for Hogwarts Legacy for the Switch. Shortly afterwards, it turned out that the account is already being used by various other buyers. Playing is therefore not possible. Error message 2819-0003. For 4 days now I have been writing to the seller that I would like a refund. I just constantly get some standard feedback that one would work on this problem. He knows about the problem but can't fix it at the moment because there are not enough keys for everyone. He thus sells something that he does not own. Difmark's support is probably no better either. I opened a dispute and presented evidence from the chat history and videos of the error message on the console. Here, too, there are only standard answers, if you get feedback at all. I'm starting to suspect that the platform owner and dealer are the same person (lol).
